Your panels are a 25-year asset.
The structure keeps them there.

Every Powermore installation uses pre-engineered, IS 875-compliant mounting designed specifically for your roof type, your wind zone, and your plant's load.

Why the structure is not an afterthought.

Engineered ground-mounted solar structure installed in an Indian C&I site

In EPC, the structure is often treated as a line item to be value-engineered down. We treat it as a critical component of your plant's 25-year performance. A structure that fails in Year 5 because it was under-specified for wind load, or corroded because it wasn't rated for your coastal location, this doesn't just cost you repair money. It costs you every unit of generation you miss while panels are off the roof.

Before we design your mounting system, we review your roof type, load-bearing capacity, local wind zone classification, and panel weight. Every structure we install comes with fabrication drawings, a site-specific load calculation, and a 10-year structural warranty.

A Powermore structure is not a commodity purchase. It is an engineered component of your plant, and we stand behind it.

Type 01

Tin Shed & Metal Deck Structures

Tin shed rooftop with clamp-fit solar mounting structures, no penetrations

The most common structure type we install, because the most common C&I rooftop in India is a corrugated or trapezoidal metal sheet. Our clamp-fit system locks directly onto your roof profile without a single penetration. Your waterproofing is intact. Your roofing warranty is intact. And installation moves faster than any other mounting method.

Panels are elevated with a rear ventilation gap, a detail that matters commercially. Higher panel temperatures mean lower output. On a hot May afternoon, a well-ventilated system outgenerates a flush-mounted one. Over 25 years, that gap compounds.

What this structure delivers

Zero roof penetrations. No drilling, no voided waterproofing, no leaks.
Rear ventilation gap designed in. Panels run cooler, output stays higher through Indian summers.
Clamp-fit for all major profiles. Corrugated GI, trapezoidal, standing-seam.
Hot-dip galvanised or anodised aluminium. Corrosion-resistant grades for coastal and high-humidity zones.
Wind Zone I to V compliant. Certified up to 180 km/h wind load.
Type 02

RCC Flat Roof Structures

Solar panels on an RCC flat roof with ballast-weighted mounting structure

Commercial buildings, multi-storey factories, hospitals, IT parks, concrete flat roofs are where this structure earns its place. We offer two configurations: ballast-weighted (no drilling required, fully reversible) and anchor-bolted for high wind zones where ballast alone is insufficient.

Tilt angle and row spacing are not defaults, they are calculated for your building's latitude and the sun's path on the worst day of the year (winter solstice). This zero-shading-loss design means your plant generates what it was modelled to generate, not something less.

What this structure delivers

Ballast or anchor-bolted. Matched to your wind zone and structural load capacity.
East-West layout option. Fits up to 30% more panels in the same roof area, more generation, same footprint.
Dedicated O&M walkways. Built into the structure so your maintenance team can inspect panels safely.
Row spacing calculated per latitude. Zero inter-row shading losses across the full year.
Full structural load report. Provided with every project for building permit and insurance use.
Type 03

Ground-Mounted Structures

Ground-mounted solar farm with fixed-tilt structures stretching to the horizon

If you have open land on your factory campus, at a separate site, or as an agri-solar arrangement, a ground-mounted plant removes every constraint a rooftop imposes. Optimal tilt. Optimal orientation. Unlimited panel count. The result is the highest possible yield per kW installed.

We design both fixed-tilt and single-axis tracker systems. Trackers follow the sun through the day and typically add 20 to 25% more annual generation versus fixed-tilt. For plants above 1 MW, that uplift pays back the tracker premium in under three years, and then it's pure gain for the remaining 22.

What this structure delivers

Fixed-tilt. Lowest capital cost, highest reliability; no moving parts, no maintenance overhead.
Single-axis tracker. +20 to 25% annual generation; financially compelling above 1 MW capacity.
Agrivoltaic option. Panels installed at 2.5 m+ clearance; land below remains productive for farming.
Driven pile foundation. No concrete required; faster commissioning; fully reversible if needed.
Scalable from 500 kW to 10 MW+. Modular design expands without redesigning the existing array.

What every Powermore structure includes.

Regardless of type, every mounting system we install comes with the same baseline.

01

Site-specific load analysis

Calculated for your exact wind zone, panel weight, and roof or ground conditions.

02

IS 875 Part 3 wind compliance

Zone I through V, relevant to every state in India.

03

Fabrication drawings

Detailed engineering drawings for every component of your structure.

04

304/316 stainless steel fasteners

No zinc-plated shortcuts. The fasteners that fail first are the ones we never use.

05

10-year structural warranty

Backed by Powermore directly, not transferred to a third party.

06

Integrated cable management

DC wiring routes are designed into the structure, no afterthought conduit runs.
